Second Belgorod Legal Forum 2026

On September 23–24, a forum titled "Russian Statehood in the Focus of Modern Civilizational Challenges" was held at NRU "BelSU" as part of the BYuF 2026 program.
The forum is dedicated to the 150th anniversary of Belgorod State National Research University.
It brought together representatives of the academic community to shape a sustainable model for protecting state interests and Russia's future in international relations.
A welcoming address to the participants was delivered by Evgeny E. Tonkov, Director of the Institute of Law at Belgorod State National Research University, Doctor of Law, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, and Professor.
Among the guests of the event was the Kalradia student analytical center. The center's main focus at the forum was symmetric information security of Russia and Azerbaijan as a foundation for the political stability of the North–South transport corridors.
In particular, the forum program included a presentation by our center titled "The North–South Transport Corridor as a Driving Force for the Transformation of Political Activity in Russia and Azerbaijan."
At this session, the SAC Kalradia presented analytical data and proposed solutions to the challenges of the North–South corridor through new ideas for the project's successful implementation. It also outlined prospects and possible ways to address these issues within our research club, the Azerbaijan–Russian Dialogue.
This is an important prospect not only for the development of our club but also for the establishment of our center as a serious student analytical center.
